| .75 oz. | Blanc Vermouth |
| .75 oz. | Bigallet Thym Liqueur |

| Method |

| Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. |
| Once chilled and diluted, strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. |
