| .50 oz. | Dry Vermouth |
| .25 oz. | Bigallet Thym Liqueur |
| Method |

| Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. |
| Stir until chilled and diluted. |
| Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. |
| Express a lemon peel over the cocktail and discard. |
