| 0.75 oz. | Lime Juice |
| 0.25 oz. | Simple Syrup |
| 0.5 oz. | Giffard Cassis Noir de Bourgogne |
| Method |

| Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with ice. |
| Shake and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice, filled to top. |
| Drizzle cassis on top. |
| Garnish with a lime wheel. |
