Mezcal Mule

| 0.75 oz. | Lime Juice |
| 3.0 oz. | Ginger Beer |
| Method |

| Combine mezcal and lime juice in a collins glass over ice. |
| Stir briefly. |
| Top up with ice and fill to top with ginger beer. |
| Garnish with a lime wheel. |
