Pirate Queen

  • Ingredients
  • .75 oz. Giffard Caribbean Pineapple
  • 1.25 oz. Elijah Craig Bourbon
  • Barspoon Campari
  • Barspoon Avua Prata cachaca
  • 4 whole coffee beans
  • Method
  • Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Double-strain over a large-format ice cube in a lowball. Stir again briefly over large ice.
